This tool allows you to display in any Windows XP File Explorer window a preview of your themes. To use this DLL file, you must copy it in your /System32 directory and register it (with regsrv32) in a Command Prompt window. Great for managing TSK files and can be useful if you do not want to install Microsoft's Theme Generator.
