Overview
Ephemeris is a program that lets you enter a date and a location and then computes the time and azimuth (compass bearing) or sunrise, sunset, moonrise and moonset.

In addition, it displays a schematic representation of the phase of the moon and its % illumination. It can also generate a table listing the positions of the sun and moon in the sky and the length of shadows cast by the sun at 15 minute intervals for a given day.

In Calendar mode, it can display the phases of the moon for any given month. Finally there is Compass mode -- just point your pocket PC at the sun or moon and it tells you which way is north.
