Just got the tilt ( a PDA is required for my college courses), but
unfortunately I’m not savviest when it comes plug in’s . I want to install
tcpmp media player so I can watch my .mpg videos but I have no clue how to
install it. If someone could give me a step by step run down on how to do
this I’d SERVERELY appreciate it, keep in mind I’m completely new to this so
you might have to keep it in laymen terms. If someone would be so kind I’d be
grateful for your time!

Wont be all that different on WM5 - which incidentally you should be using
microsoft.public.pocketpc for.

This newsgroup is primarily for a platform called Handheld PC, which
is largely obsolete. Questions about Pocket PCs, like your Tilt, are
far more likely to get useful answers if asked in a newsgroup for
Pocket PCs. I suggest microsoft.public.pocketpc

If you got TCPMP as an executable (file with .exe extension), connect
you Tilt to your "desktop" (other end of ActiveSync connection), run
the executable, and follow directions. If you got TCPMP as a cab (file
with .CAB extension), copy the file to your Tilt, "run" it, and follow
directions.
