Have to manually "Send/Receive" to get new messages and updates

I have been running Outlook Mobile on my HTC with WM 6 for over three months.
I connect to my Exchange Server at work using the Outlook Web Access settings.

Up until yesterday I was getting messages in real time with no hitches. Now
all of a sudden I have to manually select  "Send/Receive" to get new messages
and updates to my calendar, etc.

I've looked around and can't see any setting for this. I also have not made
any changes to my phone in the past week. Yesterday I downloaded and
installed Norton Anti-Virus for PC Phone edition and when it restarted the
phone the mail worked fine for the initial mail update but it has gone back
to me having to manually SEND/RECEIVE.

Any help I can get on this would be VERY much appreciated.

In Activesync (on the device) select Menu, Schedule, and select "As Items
Arrive" in both checkboxes.

Is "Direct Push" a menu item on your connection manager?  If so, pushing it
(perhaps accidentally?) will toggle Exchange from "as items arrive" to
"manual."

Todd!!! Thank you sir. It was the "Direct Push". I must have touched it when
turning off my bluetooth.

You help is SO appreciated. Have a great weekend!!
