Pocket PC Forum / End Users / ActiveSync / September 2004Different ActiveSync Partnership dialogs
When I set up a partnership with a Windows CE.NET 4.2 device I get a different set of dialogs than when a I setup a partnership with an IPAQ 5555. On the Windows CE.NET 4.2 device, it asks to set up a partnership (Yes/NO). On the IPAQ, it asks to setup a Standard or Guest partnership. What causes this to happen? Hi, The Pocket PC and the Windows CE 4.2 device are not treated the same. The Pocket PC has more features that it supports for synchronization.
