Any help with this is appreciated:
CEO has a iPaq running Pocket Outlook. He uses Activesync on his Viao running Windows XP and Outlook 2003. When he plugs his IPaq into the cradle it starts it's synching process. It syncs the Calendar, it synchs the Contacts, and then it starts to synch the Inbox. It'll say there's a number of items that need to be synched and it'll start to synch them. Then in the middle of doing that it'll automatically minimize and kinda hang. Mousing over the icon in the systray it'll say "Synchronizing... 14 seconds left" but it'll just stay there forever if I let it. If I re-synch it'll do all that again, give a totally different number of items that need to be synched (even though nothing changed) and minimize again and hang with "52 second left". Can't duplicate the point of hanging.
Any ideas why it won't finish? turned off exchange caching, narrowed it down to the inbox, turned off synching attachments... nothing seems to work. updated to 3.8...

Hi,
Try setting up a new folder and moving the e-mail from the inbox into it.
Sync and confirm that everything is completing ok. Then move the e-mail
back until you find the e-mail that is causing the problem.
