I have an Ipaq 1940. If I install 3.8 over 3.7.1 what benefits will it give
me?

Hi

Not really any visual benefits, according to Microsoft 3.8 should be more
secure.

would recomment installing it, there might be some bugs that has been
corrected.

Don't just upgrade for the sake of it, check if you think you'll
benefit. Read the ng archives before upgrading as you may end up with
problems where it won't connect. Read the ms site and any readme files
to see what benefits you may gain. I upgraded without problem but it
hasn't gone smoothly for everyone, and I can't say I've noticed any
difference.
