how to startup selected partnership automatically

hi! I'm new to this newsgroups, sorry if this issue has already been
discussed here. thing is, I always want to have the activesync launching a
selected partnership (in my case "guest") automatically, without asking me
which too choose. there's no such settings under options, so maybe there's
some tweak here? many thanks!
