I have loaded the active sync and connected this relatively new axim according to the directions, but when it come to sync it cannot find the device and gives me an error code "%d" Any ideas? Windows gives the connect sound when it is in the cradle so I know the wiring is working. Hi, Do you have a software firewall installed on your PC? If so try disabling it and then sync. If that works then you can allow ActiveSync to access the internet in the firewall to get it to sync.
