My pda is H1940. Few days ago, the ActiveSync cannot connect to the device.
I changed the USB cable, confirmed the USB port working and re-installed
ActiveSync.
No Partnership is found, no link between device and pc is detected. Have no
idea what's wrong.
Clicked on the error message on device says "Unable to connect. Verify your
dialup or proxy seetings are correct, and try again." Why it gives such
message as the connection does nothing w/dial up . Please help.

Hi,
Do you have a software firewall installed on your PC? If you do then this
can prevent synchronization from beginning.
