Failed Installation

Hello everyone.
I am trying to install Active Sync 3.8. It stops at 92% which is at
C:/Program Files/Microsoft and makes the installation unresponsive.
Does anyone have information?

Let it go... go to lunch or something and it should "eventually" proceed...

I'm still at 3.7 and havn't experienced this but have seen a lot of posts.

go into msconfig and disable all services but the windows installer, restart
and install. You will have to enable all services after you are done and
restart again.
