When I am syncing word files the AS looks for changes then stars syncing. Then it minimizes to the Taskbar, continues to "swirl", shows time remaining as stable, non reducing and does not transfer the files. Any ideas? It works correctly about 1 time in 20. I've put files of nearly a megabite and some small as 5k with no trouble. It's very annoying, I keep my life on the iPaq and my laptop and need to sync! Thanks for looking into it for me! Pocket Word can open .doc files even without conversion. 1. Open Activesync -> Options -> rules tab. 2. Click Conversion settings. 3.
