Hi Mike,
If you have performed a backup using ActiveSync, check if the file is
available. Search for *.stg file. Refer to
http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/faqs/activesync/backup.htm
If you have not performed a backup, you can try looking under the following
location for your sync'd data files -
C:\Documents and Settings\<<User Name>>>\My Documents\<<<Partnership Name>>>
Note: C: might need to be replaced with appropriate drive letter
The Outlook data is stored in the Outlook.pst file, so search for that too.

The files are not usable separate from ActiveSync and the PC and Pocket PC
that they were last running on.
