Windows Mobile 2005 and contact sub folders

I have a client that wants to sync sub folders in his contacts.  He is
currently on WM2003.  This does not sync them.  We tried intellisync, that
that requires use of a PST file and we want to stick with our OST files with
exchagne.

Any help would be appreciated.
