Voice Command Settings missing in WM Mobile 2005

My Voice Command 1.5, when installed on my new PPC-6700 w/ Windows Mobile
2005, does not have the settings available (start menu -> settings -> voice
command)... please advise on how I might configure VC.

Sure it installed? It shows up on the Personal Tab on my K-Jam and Jasjar.

I found a fix: by manually launching the settings
(windows\VoiceCommand_PPC.cpl) it appeared in the settings... one may need to
do a soft reset before it shows up.
