Active Sync3.7.1 & "can't connect with LDAP....

Running HP1945 with above on single computer with outlook 2000.
Syncronization occurs but with every change I have to "OK" several error
statements of "can't contact LDAP server directory (81)" Can anyone
advise what changes need to be made.

Check to see if you have an LDAP address book setup in Outlook (Tools
-> Accounts, Address Books)
