You have to sync those users onto your device - what he's saying is
that you can't just create a contact with the same name on the other
computer, as it's looking for a specific entry and not just at the
name.

Not sure how to do that... the "specific entries" are on my company's
exchange server and we have thousands of employees.

You'd have to move all the entries onto the Pocket PC that you
schedule appointments with - otherwise, you're going to get the error
on your other computer.

Hmmm.... thanks but I think it would be impractical as I'm part of a 50K+
person organization and I never know who'll I'll be meeting. I'm going to
try to put catagory on meetings I really want on my home computer. I hope
that works.
