Hello all,

I have a new treo 700. I have configured Activesync to sync as new items
arrive. However the problem is that as new items arrive it is not syncing. I
have to force a manual sync.

Any ideas.

Hope this is enough information.

Hi,
What method of synchronization are you using?  The 700w supports ActiveSync
4.1, Exchange ActiveSync and Verizon's own sync solution.

Hi,
Have you tried deleting the existing Exchange configuration, performing a
soft reset and then set it back up again?

Hi,
Then try setting up another account in Exchange and see if it has the same
problem.
