Lets see if I can explain this one.
Here are the basics first.
I have a Thawte cert installed on my Exchange 2K3 SP2 Enterprise server and
my ISA server.
WHen i connect either through USB or WiFi in my office all of our WM5 device
work fine. but as soon as I try to connect through GPRS/CDMA or external WiFi
I get the 85010004 error stating the user account doesn't have permissions. I
am thinking the failure resides in how I have ISA setup.

On ISA I have an HTTPS listener passing info the exchange server.

any help would be great.

Ensure you have the HTTPS listener passing stuff onto all the IIS
virtual directories, and that the certificate is correctly installed
on the ISA server.
