To check some no running situations, I'm trying to downgrade from 4.2 to
3.8.

But after the successful deinstallation of 4.2, a reboot, the
installation of 3.8 ends up in a error message like (translated from the
German version) "Setup is not able to copy file
C:\....\Temp\IPX000.tmp\core\inf\wceusbsh.cat (failure -1) Restart your
desktop and try it again".

What's to do by "hand work" to get this running?
