I recently had this problem start as well. It usually happens after I do a
backup of the device using Sunnysoft Backup Manager. After the mandatory
reboot at the completion of the backup, Activesync will disengage shortly
after connecting. I found that I can connect the device using the wireless
network in my home and manually sync fine and after that, it will sync
normally in the cradle. This problem does not occur if I have Backup Manager
operate from a scheduled backup, only when I manually start it.
