I got a new Sprint ppc-6700 with mobile 5.0.  Set up went perfectly and
everythinng synced fine..

all my mail on my pc (one pop3 account) is on my pda in the default
"outlook email" account.

Here is the problem.  I cannot send/receive mail from the phone.  The
option is grayed out.

I CAN set up a new pop3 account and send/receive no trouble.  The
option is there and it works.

I want to keep all my email under one account send and receive from
both the laptop and the phone.  My treo's did it easy.  Why won't this?

I am connected via wireless router to broadband b/c sprint screwed up
my number port in

CAN ANYONE HELP???   :(   I do not have an exchange server

Hi,
You chose to sync e-mail with your 6700 and your desktop.  In this case
there is no option to download e-mail to the same folder via the phone when
you are not synchronizing.  You can setup the POP3 account in addition to
the Outlook account on the phone.  Just be careful to only delete e-mail on
your device you do not want to download to your PC.
