I have a strange problem with my ActiveSync. I am using v 4.2 on Windows
2000 Server and my device is Windows Mobile 5 (Imate Jasjar)

When i start my machine and connect my device before doing anything else,
everything works fine Sync, explore, Add Remove Programs etc. After few mins
of system startup (< 5 Mins), if the Active Sync window is open, Explore and
Add Remove programs stops responding but Sync keeps working. If the Active
Sync window is closed, even the sync stops working.

Once i close the Active Sync window, it fails to reopen. Is there any
solution to this problem?

The problem was due to a resident virus on my system. After a recent
cleanup, the Activesync is working great right now.
