ActiveSync - Cannot Send to Internal Users

Hello,

I setup ActiveSync with a Windows Mobile device and an iPhone. I can receive
all of my mail and send to external receipients from both devices. However,
I cannot send to an internal user from either device. The message is added
to my Sent Items, but never delivered to the receipent. On the server, under
message tracking, there is an error that says "Advanced Queue failed to
Deliver Message".

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi,
So is the name of the e-mail recipeient their full e-mail address?  Did you
check with the network administrator regarding the issue?

Does it work correctly if you only use a Windows Mobile device?

We discovered that GFI MailEssentials was causing the issue. We upgraded to
the latest build of MailEssentials and this solved this issue.

Thanks for the update.  What version caused the issue?
