Hi !

   There are 2 scenarios:

   1. very occasionally, I am not able to get IP address after I
unplug my device and later plug it back.

   2. I sometimes use some utilities like pskill to teminate the
activesync process (rapimgr.exe, wcescomm.exe & WCESMGR.exe).  Later I
restart Activesync.   The device sometimes cannot get connected.  I
think it's the IP address.

So I have a question.  When the device cannot get IP address, what
do I do ?   Any advice please ?

Thanks very much for your help !

Hi,
Is this issue with not getting an IP address occuring when you quickly
unplug and replug a device? If so then you may have to unplug and wait
approximately 1 minute.  I suspect that the issue is in the setup and
teardown of the drivers.

Hi Chris.  Thanks for the reply.  But I waited for a long time and I
needed to reboot to solve the problem.
