cannot resolve global address list

I have a Motorola Q9h that is running active synch and when I try to type a
message to someone in the GAL the name is not being resolved. Any ideas out
there?

Hi,
Do you have Exchange ActiveSync setup? If so do you have Exchange 2003 SP2
or 2007? This is required to use the GAL.
