Synch Outlook Notes Wireless

We have set up Active Synch on our Exchange 2003 server but when I configure
WM6 devices, there is not an option to synch Outlook Notes.  does anyone
know how to Synch the Notes?

Sadly, notes do not synch with WinMobile devices over Exchange, only via a
USB/bluetooth connection to a PC.
