AtiveSynch error code 800700b7

2This error code appears with the words "try later" when i try to syncronise
my PDA and PC. Any ideas how to cure it? At the moment i cannot syncronise
any details and it is making life very difficult.

Hi,

First try synchronizing after performing a soft reset. If that doesn't help,
try running scanpst to see if it helps fix the issue -

I tried the reset. Could not find scanpst. We have Office 2003. Any ideas?
