hi,

i just started using active sync with my Samsung on a windows pc laptop.  I
sync with outlook 2003.  I have multiple folders for both  my calendar and
my contacts.   Active sync doesn't seem to support these folders, does
anyone know of an alternative?

Hi,

ActiveSync doesn't support synchronization of sub folders for Calendar and
Contact. Suggest you try taking a look at http://www.chapura.com/pmp_wm.php

How about sub folders of the Inbox? I can't seem to get them to synch to my
mobile Outlook from the Exchange server, even if I select them under Manage
Folders.

Hi,

Sub folder sync is supported for Inbox synchronization. You may try and
recreate the partnership and see if that helps. If not, would be better if
you could post error message/error code (if any) that appears when you
attempt the sync for better responses from folks in here.
