Pocketgear once again proves they are Con artists and liars. They will
NEVER supply a refund on defective products like Makayam's DVD to PPC..

Never had a problem with PocketGear - nor Makayama's DVD to PPC program.

They do have a refund policy though - and it can be "overridden" by the
developer's - http://www.pocketgear.com/refund.asp

states that you can return unopened boxed software within 30 days. If you
purchased it and downloaded it - you won't get a refund. That's why there's
a demo to try first.

If you have specific problems, you can either go to their support, or post
on these forums and perhaps someone can help you.

It wouldnt have gotten to this point if they had made ANY attempt to remedy
the situation. I tried the trial version and it worked flawlessly. The
retail version will not.
