I'd like media player to automatically open the music folder on my storage
card when I press the media player icon. Is there a registry or some change
I can make to get this to happen? I'd love to exit (not pause) media player
and have it automatically go right to the last file open or at least the
same folder.
Now I have to go to media player, go to the library drop down, go to my
storage card, all music, select a file, and then play. It would be sweet if
it always went to the same location and could just play instead of having to
select a location, type, etc.
Thanks

BTW, I'm running WM5 with the current media player.

I got an answer int he PPC group. Turns out that WMP on WM5 is a complete
waste of software space. It can play and that is about it. Not sure what
rock the team that developed this baby was hiding under. Aparantly they
haven't tried any MP3 player released in the last 4 years as this has none
of the features you can find on $50 mp3 players.

yea, I only use WMP when I have to (streaming videos), otherwise I use
TCPMP for video and MortPlayer for music. You might want to check out
MortPlayer, it will remember where you left off after you exit the
program and it has a bookmarking feature and will autocreate playlists
based on folders. Plus its free:
