Can anyone recomend a FREE basic program to put pics on
my ipaq 1910.  I have CE 3.0

When you say 'put pics on' are you talking about your Today screen?  Or
simply moving pictures over to be viewed?

If you're talking about changing the Today Screen then you can use (free)
Theme Generator from Microsoft
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/resources/downloads/pocketpc/powertoys.mspx

If on the other hand you're simply talking about pictures... the iPaq will
display them just fine, Drag them over with ActiveSync click on them with
File Explorer they should pop open for viewing.  Now, if you're wanting
photo-album type software you may end up having to cough up a few bucks but
you can view images straight out of the box just by clicking to open.  Hey,
you said BASIC (after you said FREE).
