I am trying to find an AVI player for iPAQ 5450/PPC 2003 to play a file
recorded on a digital camera. Have tried DivX but it will not play it,
saying unknown format

I have put the 2.45Mb file at

any one got any ideas

That is a RAW AVI, no compression. you need to convert it to WMV with either
Movi maker or Windows Media encoder.
