Can't View .wmv withMP 8 on iPAQ 3950

Help - I am unable to see the video portion of a .wmv file
(can hear the sound OK).

I downloaded the latest version but that made no difference
(apparently it is not possible to use MP9 with Windows
2002).

Does anyone have any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

I have a h1910 and what I notice is that when the bit rate
or (kbps) too high you would not get no video, the sound
is grate, so to change this you may need Window Medio
encoder to change a few thing to alow you to watch your
video, even tho you may not be satisfide with video.
