how the hell could i copy music to my pda (ipaq4150 with windows mobile 2003) under mediaplayer 9????

1 Calm Down

2 'Convert' (NOT copy) the file to wma format.

3 Calm Down.

There are a number of utilities that can convert between different formats.
Try a search engine (like google, ask etc.). they can help.

If you have MP3, wma you could drag and drop by clicking
on your device on your desktop and going to the folder you
want and if you have any other type formated type of file
you will have to convert them in order to play them under
Windows Media Play 9.

Not sure why you have music in WAV format but if you have
it as an MP3 just go to "Copy to Device" in WMP 9 on your
desktop and you can check the songs you want to copy and
you can check the directory on your PPC you want them
copied to. They will convert to wma before being copied.
