We are trying to download music files from Window's media player onto our HP IPAQ pocket PC. Each time we try, we get the above error, which states the computer does not recognize a mobile device. We've checked the hardware, and the pocket PC is listed as being active. Any suggestions Do you see the folders of the iPAQ on the right side of the WMP 9 Copy to Device screen?  SignatureCarlo Ma.
