hi all

I have been trying to convert some xvid tv shows which were looking
really good on my laptop to WMV format for my axim PPC. Using the
default parameters for pocket pc in WME, the picture is horrible,
blocky and all. Anyone has good suggesting to optimize WMV picture
quality? or is it just  a bad format that should be avoided? Maybe
this is a dumb question, I am quite new to the world of PPC.

I found that Windows Movie Maker has default setting for PocketPC and they
work pretty nicely. I have used it to convert complete DVD movies to PPC
format.

Can you provide details on how you were able to convert your movies to
format for the PPC?  Thanks.

Movie Maker has numerous preset publish settings. Just select one of the PDA
options.
