Does the IPAC 4155, which has the 2003 Pocket PC Premium
operating system, allow for the downloading and viewing of
PowerPoint presentations.

You will need additional software to view PowerPoint presentations, for
example Presentation Studio Mobile

The presentation managers won't download presentations, but then PowerPoint
doesn't download them either.

Clearvue Presentation allows viewing of Powerpoint presentations in
their native format so you can download presentations and open them on
the PPC.
