Sync&Go Stops Playing Video

I have recently installed Sync&Go from the Plus! Media
edition onto my Dell Axim X5, 400 MHz, 64MB RAM, PocketPC
2003. I can sync the video content onto my 256MB CF card,
but when I try to play it back the video stops playing. I
manually move the progress indicator back to where it
stopped and it will continue to play. But then stops again
after about another 30 seconds. Sometimes I get a minute
or more before it stops, but most of the time it's between
20 and 30 seconds. I am sync-ing USA Today, MSNBC, Today
Show, etc. videos. It even stops playing on the NPR New
Hourly which does not have video. The amount of memory
used on the card is less than 50%. I have an audio
playlist that plays just fine. I've formatted the CF card
and re-sync'd. This still didn't help. Any suggestions?

Just wanted to add that I un-installed Sync&Go and then re-
installed it. I still have the same problem. I get a
message on the PDA after it halts the playback that
says, "File compression format not supported." Any
thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I've come up with a work-around of sorts. Playback what
you download from Sync&Go then play it back in Windows
Media Player and not the Sync & "Stop" software. Also,
you'll have better success in playing back the full file
if you are not connected to a PC. For some reason, it
appears that Media Player wants to send data out and at
work the port is blocked and I get a message saying
something to the affect that Media Player couldn't find
the server. When I disconnect from the USB cable I never
get that message.
