Go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/themes.mspx
and review the themes you like. Agree to the licence agreement and
then click the 'Download' link under each theme. Save the .tsk file in
either your PPC's  Windows or My Documents folder.

Try as I might, I can't find the skins on the MS PPC site areas
(although I know thy're there cause I downloaded them). MS seems to be
going out of its way to make the search faility as useless as
possible, and to move content to inaccessible areas of their websites
