How can I decode MP3 in PPC(WM2003)?

Hi there,
I am working on decoding MP3 audio stream in a PPC program.Any one know
where I can download MP3 decoder for PPC(WM2003)? How could I do that?

GSPlayer (http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA032810/) is a PPC audio player
which comes with source code, including a port of madlib
(http://www.underbit.com/products/mad/) for mp3 decoding. That might set you
on the right track.
