I cannot sync or transfer any media to my pocket pc now
that I have wmp 10.  Is this a bug in wmp 10 or do i need
to somehow install wmp 9 to be able to put audio files
onto my palm?

Just for completeness, you've got an ActiveSync connection started
*before* you start the media player, right ? (You can already browse
your PPC ?) ...

And you're using a Full rather then Guest connection to the Pocket PC?

I have and x3 and am not experiencing the problem that you describe.  While
something might have gotten messed up in your wmp10 upgrade, I don't think
the problem is wmp10 itself.
