Dealer (shop) wanted me to sent my only 5 months old XDA IIs to claim for
warranty and left me without a phone!!! Is this how they repay us for buying
such an expensive PDA phone??? They should have at least give an immediate
replacement for such an expensive item? Why is it so inferior that a button
can come within 6 months of purchase?

hi

I think the amount of service you get depends more on where you buy than
what you buy.
i good shop would have given you a phone you could use while your own is
being repared.
