Could anyone recommend a bluetooth headset for the Orange SPV M2000?  Thanks

I just asked one of the guys here at work who has an SPV M2000, and he
uses a Sony Ericsson HBH-300 which he likes a lot.

I use a Jabra BT 200 with my iMate JAM which I also like and was
cheap, but you need to be careful with those because only later
firmware versions work correctly with the HTC (SPV) phones.

Many thanks

I had an SPV M1000 before this one and I bought a headset that didn't easily
work with the HTCs so I was wary about buying another.

Cheers.

Hi all

The Explorer 320 from Plantronics is cheap (about USD 50), but sports an
incredible performance. It worked flawlessly with my Nokia 6230, Imate SP3
and Imate PDA2k. Battery duration is exceptional, and you can hook it to a
regular notebook via BT interfaces, so you can use it even with MSN
Messenger. The only drawback is lack of noise supression, in windy
environments you must cover the microphone to get understood by your
counterpart. Perhaps the absence of an LCD screen prevents to be useful with
bigger devices such as the HTC Universal, where a LCD headset is a very good
idea (you can pick up you calls by reading the tiny screen, leaving the
device untouched). This model achieved very good reviews in specialized
magazines, and I can support that perception.

Good luck,

Carlos

Hi Carlos,

thanks for this.   I had a quick look on the Plantronics website but they
don't show the Explorer range.  Perhaps they discontinued it.

Regards,  Liz
