Use ActiveSync 4.0. I have discussed this point in another foruns and I received
that information. It works with me...

I have been using 4.1 and it is working fine in all my devices. It even
solves a problem with USB connections that 4.0 used to have.
It would be helpful if GMANWORLD would tell us what is the problem that he
is having. It is not enough to say that it is not working, since we don't
have details to give any useful help in acceptable time.

When I go to install the PDA it asks me for drivers. Win XP 64bit find
microsoft mobile device and tries to install the drivers and fails. If you
go into device manager the PDA comes up with a yellow ! and showing it not
being installed.

have you installed activesync from the CD? Doing so installs the usb id
"drivers"
If not, insert the CD that came with the device, find WCEUSBSH.INF (i
think that's the correct spelling) <right-click> it and select "install"
...that should install the usb id's for the device so that when it
connects, the desktop knows to connect the device with activesync.
