Hi,

Please pardon me, if my question sounds loony. I got an i-mate PDAL as a
gift from a relative for Christmas.

Here's whats messy. He got it from Dubai (U.A.E) and its running Windows
Mobile 5.0 in "Arabic".
Now I would like to learn some arabic in order to use this PDA. But it would
be more wiser to get some help from someone who can guide me, on how I can
"install or do something to have WinMo running in English"

Thanks loads

Manz

Hi there,

If the interface is full in Arabic, then it will be hard to change, but
check the explaination below.

1. Click on Start (top right of the screen) and this will drop down a menu.
2. Choose Settings (Should be the second last from the bottom) To make sure
you went to the correct window, you will see three tabs at the bottom after
you click on settings. If you cannot see the three tabs, then try another
the third last from the bottom.
3. If you are on the three tabs window, then go to the second tab and the
search for something called Multilingual Support. If you can't find this
option, then it is most porbably the 5th or 6th last icon from the buttom.
Once you go there, you will fine a tab called "Control" Go to Control and
then on the drop-down menu, click English Only or English with Arabic
Support.

Good luck!
