I have a Excel 2003 and and Excel 2007 spreadsheet on by Windows XP machine.
I have password protected both and then synched boht onto my Windows Mobnile
5 device.

I can see the siles in File Explorer, but when I try and open the 2003 doc
it says "Cannot open password protected Microsoft Excel workbooks"

When I try and open the 2007 doc it says "There is no applicaton associated
with "File name". Run the application first, then open this file from within
the application.

Can anyone help on a fix?

Thanks!
Michael

Password protected files are not supported by Windows mobile 5.
Windows Mobile 2003SE did. Remove the password on your desktop and
sync again.

Thank you Linley. Does Win Mobil 6 support password protected excel
spreadsheets? Maybe that is my solution?

I'm not sure Windows Mobile 6 does that, but you will be able to
encrypt your storage card.
