Previously a have been playing around with a small application on my
desktop allowing me to send text messages through my cell phone. As I
understand it, this is done using something called PDU packages and AT
commands, which is supposed to be pretty much standard between the
different cell phone vendors. However a vendor specific driver is needed
for the system to interact with the phone in this way.
Does anyone know where to find a driver, allowing me to use the HTC
Touch as a GSM (PDU) modem? Maybe there even exist a more general
Windows Mobile 6 PDU driver?
Thanks in advance.

WM6 and WM5 from AKU3 and up come to a small application called Internet
Sharing. It actually turns your device into an Internet modem via PAN.
In order to send text messages from your phone, you should use Jeyo Outlook
Companion..
