I get the following error when I attempt a new document on my att 8525 Mobile 6 device: "An error occured. The document could not be opened." Unline some others who have gotten this error, I was not trying to open another document, but a new one. Any suggestions? Thanks. Can you provide a little more information please. Available space? Does this happen everytime? Does an existing document open ok? When I copied the templates into the main memory, the problem was solved.
