I recently purchased a Samsung i760. My previous phone the XV6700 running
Windows Mobil 5 had call timers that tracked total minutes used on the phone
as well recent calls that I could clear to track monthly usage. Is this
feature lost in the latest version or has it been replaced?

I see the total minutes in Settings -> System -> Device Info -> Call
Duration (menu items translated, so they might be a bit different in
reality).
And in the menu of the recent calls there's also a call duration which
can be cleared, but it doesn't show incoming and outgoing calls, just a
sum.

Do you have an i760? This has been brought up before here and it appears
that the various manufacturers have chosen to vary where this info is, and
even if it is available.

No, a T-Mobile MDA Vario III (HTC TyTN II/Kaiser).

For my HTC S730 (WM 6), I can get some of that info in
Call History->Menu->Timers
